Pascale is an Association for Coaching (AC) Accredited Master Executive Coach. Her experience covers a variety of industry sectors, working largely at main board and executive board level.
Pascale specialises in working systemically with leaders and leadership teams to develop them as the effective and adaptable leaders they need to be to meet tomorrow’s challenges. She has developed an on-boarding model to help organisations accelerate new leaders through transition.
Bilingual (English and French), Pascale is accredited with the European Commission and the European Parliament and has coached over 20 different nationalities.
Pascale is trained in a wide range of tools including cognitive-behavioural and ontological principles, NLP, Emotional intelligence, and systems constellations. She is qualified to use the Team Diagnostic suite of tools TDA™.
